Payment & cancellation terms
You can pay for your apartment in cash on site or remit the amount 1 week before your arrival. You can cancel free of charge up to 3 months before arrival. From 3 months to 1 month before arrival, we charge 40% of the overall price. From 1 month to 1 week before arrival, the cancellation fee is 70% of the overall price. If you cancel within the last week before arrival, we will charge you 90% of the overall price, and 100% in the event of premature departure. The terms and conditions of business for the hotel trade apply to our house.
